I wish to inform you that (at 95%) form 20 to 22 June 2008 in Pisa ans Lucca will take place the second italian meeting and the international Elegance Cup reserved to volkswagen Karmann Ghia typ 14 and typ 34.

Dear friends,
after some problem with monuments authority of Pisa we decided to postpone teh international elegance cup to 2009.
But we decided to do it ….again ………and organize a second meeting in Lucca.
We call it KARMANN GHIA ON THE WALLS (are the ancient Lucca's Walls).

At the moment we are not yet sure about the cost of the meeting so (i'm very sorry about that) we cannot still fix a price.
As soon as we complete the details of the programme and find some sponsorship we can give the final price (but we can also fix one asap and decrease it when sponsor will support us).
So if you like you can (obviously without any engagement) send the the partecipation form starting from now.

More to increase the meeting level and improve the show in the town of Lucca we decided that the “Maria Verzera” International Elegance Cup reserved to Volkswagen Karmann Ghia typ 14 (coupe and cabrio) and typ 34 will take place during the meeting in Lucca.

The Jury will be composed by:

Klaus Morsch (President) – Marzio Cavazzuti and Daniele Vigolo.

As concerning the identity certificate (THE FAHRZEUG IDENTITATS URKUNDE OF STIFTUNG AUTOMUSEUM VOLKSWAGEN) please carry it or send a copy with the booking form, but maybe the Jury can decide not be compulsory for this year.. ..

I hope win the best car but, most important, that many cars (in any conditions) will take part at the meeting and that we wiil see a lot of ….Karmann Ghia on the Walls…..
